Rehabilitation and Reentry - Veteran Services

Your application can be processed up to 90 days prior to discharge so your job with us can be waiting for you the minute you leave your military post.

Employment Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)

Reservist can be called to active duty and their job will be held to resume upon being discharged. If you receive military orders, You will need to take a copy of your orders to your HR and they will help you through the process.

Employment and Reemployment of Members of the Uniformed Services

Military Leave

  • Annual Drills or Training: 15 workdays per fiscal year
  • Authorized Training or Duty: 15 workdays per fiscal year
  • Federal Active Duty: 22 workdays per calendar year
  • National Emergency Duty: Duration of duty
  • State Active Duty: Duration of duty
  • State Disaster Declaration: 7 workdays per fiscal year
  • Service Credit: One-hour monthly for active service LWOP status not receiving other paid leave entitlements
