• Who should I contact if I believe that my loved one is not receiving the proper medical care in prison?
Contact the Health Services Division Office of Professional Standards at PO Box 99, Huntsville, TX 77342, by e-mail at health.services@tdcj.texas.gov, or (936) 437-4271. The inmate will be required to sign a release of information form before any medical information can be released.
