Parole Division
Client Helpline
Effective December 1, 2024
The Parole Division has a dedicated helpline that is available 24/7 for individuals who are currently on parole and are in need of immediate assistance during a crisis or emergency situation.
This hotline is staffed by trained parole professionals who are knowledgeable about the specific challenges and needs of individuals on parole, such as substance use, behavioral health, housing instability and reentry.
This hotline would provide support, guidance, and resources to individuals on parole who are needing assistance. While the helpline staff are not trained behavioral health and substance use counselors, they will be equipped to connect callers with appropriate services and resources in their communities.
