Summary of Incident:  The subject walked into a gas station with a plastic bottle filled with bleach and continued behind the sales counter where the victim was working. He took cigarettes and lighters from behind the counter and cash from the cash register drawer. The subject poured the bleach on the victim and set her on fire before walking out of the station. The victim died later at the hospital as a result of her injuries.
