Is Clemency Available For a Trafficking Survivor?

Yes. A person convicted of or received deferred adjudication community supervision for an offense that was committed solely as a survivor of trafficking of persons under Section 20A.02, Penal Code, may apply for clemency by completing a full pardon application.
